Grand Court of Sebelkeh.
And Abaddon because of the CONSTANT spam of Words of Madness. My god, this doesn't make it hard, just incredibly SLOW and ANNOYING.
Honestly i do not like 90% of the entire Nightfall campaign... couldn't tell you why. Every other mission of every other campaign/eotn i love.

Jennur's Horde.
Its not that hard (trivia fact: it used to be excellent AFK-farm & pet level-up spot. Enter with MM hero, get upstairs, go afk overnight., pick drops at morning.)
However, never ending margonite waves are pretty stupid. Early after NF release i spent about 2 hours in that mission. It took about hour of those waves to get suspicious and start checking wiki for bug info. Hell, i accidentally did bonus in attempt to stop those margonite respawns.

Factions: My favorite! I love all Factions Missions! Fav mission in the whole game is Vizunah Square.
Prophesies: Good for skill hunting, but bad for missions. Most missions just drag on.
Elona: Elona Missions are good after you reach Vabbi. I've had not enough experience with the end game missions though, to make my opinoin solid on those, although I do remember the 'Gate of Madness' being really fun.
I find that the pre-Vabbi missions drag on (although I don’t mind the Moddoc Crevice mission – it’s somewhat interesting due to having to stop the runners).
My fav Elona mission is Grand Court of Sebelkeh.
Least fav mission in whole game (for getting Masters in, that is) is Venta cemetery. It’s the same thing over and over again – what a yawner!
Eye of the North: Not sure yet. I have finished it a few times, but I need to take a larger variety of characters through it before I make up my mind, but so far I like 'Heart of the Shiverpeaks', 'Destruction Depths' and 'A time for Heroes' the best.
A Constant: I really have to say that any mission that has a small room with lots of heart pounding action while your team is surrounded on all sides by utter chaos, such that you don’t have time to think and every little click you make counts, has to amount to my favorite mission no matter what character I play.
What I don’t prefer at all is lots of running down a long path while monsters pop up, you kill them, move on, same monsters again, kill them move on – yawn. What’s the difference between that and a regular quest?
I also like timed missions where everyone wants to rush through to get the bonus. I really dislike missions that are long and where getting the bonus means that it will take even longer.

My vote goes to two mission types:
1. Missions with any kind of Timer ticking down on you.
2. Missions that force you to group with others.
Special note given to Dunes of Despair mission... which I absolutely despise.

The Dunes of Despair bonus is fun if you use Rebirth and Necrotic Traversal to avoid the timer. You get to explore and kill things at leisure - also there's lots of trippy things on the southern side, like invisible bridges, non-solid doors, and totally empty areas that are out of place.
It's almost as if when you teleport over the chasm, you enter...The Twilight Zone.

I luv Nightfall's Dzagonur Bastion, Nundu Bay and Consulate Docks. I just love war missions, especially open field wars ^^

QFT, eternal grove also falls into this category. I usually get the same complaint about too hard, but if eternal grove is hard so is pre-searing. I did it with H/H and mastered. HM though a human group is preferable.
Worst design goes to Jennur's Horde

Worst mission in my opinion has to be Ruins of Surmia or Nolani Academy. I chose them because I cannot stand Rurik running into everything, its annoying as hell.

I vote for Vizunah Square. The mission is fun, but completely glitched to hell. This mission has terrible design for two reasons:
1) You don't get to pick the allied party before entering mission.
2) Togo gets stuck, especially if you have multiple MM's. Sometimes, he refuses to get unstuck, and you physically can't complete the mission.
Henches also have questionable behavior in this mission. But it's really the fact that you don't get to choose the other party that is annoying as hell. There's nothing better than waiting a minute for the gate to open, spending a couple of minutes to get Togo and Mhenlo together, and then reading this:
Rad BarbE has left the game.
I Healz U has left the game.
I mean, seriously, at least let us have the option of henching the allied team from the getgo if we want to H/H this mission. I have better things to do with five minutes of my time than restart the mission because the locals realized that level 13 is a little low for that area of the game.

I think Tihark Orchard is the worst: the one with rallying the prince in Vabbi.
The mission objective was to gain the trust of Prince Bokka the magnificent.
to do that i had to give him a rare gift or 5k.
I didnt know where the gift was, so i gave him 5k ;(
After some search on Wiki, i read that the gift could be freely obtained from a NPC in the same mission.
/sigh
